It's been great to hang out at home.  I've been writing a ton. 14 songs and counting since February. The latest is a one is based on The Battle of Bull Run, written from a young Confederate soldier's point of view, whose perspective changes at the end of the song. I went to the battlefield on Saturday and did some research. You can check out what I saw here. 

I'm off to California for a little less than a week soon. I'll be there from June 2-8. I have a show at Cranes Tavern on the 2nd at midnight, right after Jamie Drake. Drinks are cheap and the show is free! I do hope to see you and share these new songs with you. 

I'll also be recording with The Lost Chorus and Chase Duddy while I'm out there. Look for news on those projects soon.
